    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. That is the largest ever donor-funded project in those counties. It could have a very major impact on the livelihoods of the people who live there. Now that the project was suspended almost soon after inspection and many projects left halfway undone with a bit of money disbursed--- There was no follow up. Most of those projects have collapsed. So, the issue of revival is not possible. It is a matter of restarting them again. How is the Minister intending to go about restarting them, considering that some of the staff that were separated from the project have been cleared by KACC and have not been reinstated, so that they can continue with the project?"
