    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the last one, regarding the people whose services were terminated, I doubt whether we will be willing to recruit them again, if they were accused of malpractices or fraud. On the issue of restarting the projects, we are discussing the matter with the World Bank, so that for those projects which we need to restart, maybe, they can upscale the funding, so that we can restart them. However, the last inspection I conducted on these projects showed that most of them could still be rehabilitated."
