I also rise to oppose that because if you are going to place the threshold very high, then it means it will affect those who qualify to be Judges of the High Court or the Court of Appeal. That will lock out many able men and women who are practising. Therefore, the Chair must explain further why they have placed the threshold that high. Thank you."
