We are proposing that the instances of expulsion be enlarged to include failure to attend four consecutive Council meetings by the President and the Council members. If they fail to attend at least four consecutive meetings, they cease to be effective. If you have failed four times, it means you have no interest in the work of the Society. So, you should not continue to sit in the Council. So, we are proposing that an addition to failure to attend four consecutive Council meetings be included."
