When I am told that I must consult some political parties or some leaders of tribes, I do not think it is fair. It is making our work extremely difficult. In the mean time, we are also re-verifying the IDPs in the camps to make sure that the beneficiaries of the two-and-a-quarter acres are only for persons who are genuine IDPs."
