Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word ‘to’ appearing immediately after the words ‘Act and’ and substituting therefor the word ‘with’. That was just a small correction there. Let me mention this for the benefit of Members; all regulations that will be made by the Council must be brought to the House and they will be examined by the Committee on Delegated Legislation."
