    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is no doubt that arising from the violence of 2007/2008, Kenyans have now decided to take a path of reconciliation and tolerance with true spirit of the Constitution that anybody can live anywhere they want. So, following up what hon. Karua has said, the Ministry is being very insensitive to other Kenyans because the areas where you choose to resettle the IDPs are areas where there are existing squatters. Therefore, you are going to create even more conflict. Under those circumstances, could the Ministry, therefore, make a concise decision to resettle those people where they were removed by force and all Kenyans will accept?"
