"content": "As I stand in front of the House this morning, let me take this opportunity to advise the House and let you know that one of the former Members of the National Assembly, who was a strong debater and also a very strong supporter of Kenya African National Union (KANU), the former Member of Parliament for Mathioya Constituency, Mr. J.J Kamotho, passed on. I take this opportunity to send my condolences to his family and the people of Mathioya. The planning is on and we will keep you posted on progress.
