    "content": "In the Tenth Parliament, my colleague, hon. Lekuton, also brought a very important Bill and I had a chance to second it. That Bill was the Unclaimed Assets Bill. Today, we have a big Unclaimed Assets Authority, which actually looks after a lot of money that has been left in banks by various people; this money is in excess of Kshs300 billion. This money is now available for this country to use. So, I want to congratulate him for again bringing this very important Bill.
