    "content": "In conclusion, I want also to highlight one important aspect of this Bill, which is in many cases ignored. It concerns carrying of children who are under eight years in our cars and other vehicles. In many cases, if you are observant on our roads, you will notice that we, parents, carry our small children in our cars without safety equipment, and without putting in areas that are well secured. In fact, in some cases, you will find even some drivers whom I would say are “crazy” having their small children sitting on their lap and they are driving. This is extremely dangerous."
