    "content": "This Bill attempts to ensure that those parents who carry their children in their cars without securing them well, when actually some of the cars have all the security devices--- One security measure is making sure the windows are not opened and the doors are securely locked. Most of our drivers do not care. They leave small children looking outside. This is extremely dangerous."
