    "content": "Therefore, while I support this I would like to say that sanctions are very good, though we may have to look at the fines imposed and increase them. The fines imposed are not punitive enough. The fines have to be sufficient. Also, around the schools where there are highways, we should have proper regulation that speed bumps and proper sign posts be erected, so that a motorist who does not know that area sees a road sign written “30 km per hour speed limit”.
