    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also stand to support this Traffic (Amendment) Bill. I think this amendment is very important especially on our roads which, as we speak today, even as we approach the festive season, we know most of the traffic offences are committed during this season. During this festive season, we normally have rampant accidents on our roads. Those rules are very important because they will help to reduce accidents which normally involve our minors."
