With proper planning, children can walk to school from their houses. That is something that we must look at. As I finish, with regard to the enforcement of the laws on speeding and overloading, it is amazing when you see Traffic Police officers on the road and what is happening in front of you. I do not think we really enforce this. I know that very stiff penalties and harsh measures are being taken, but we are not enforcing the laws as they are. With that, I support this Amendment Bill."
