    "content": "Africa amongst others have increasingly embarked on the systematic shut- down of their nuclear plants and instead are promoting the development of clean renewable energy, especially wind and solar energy; this House resolves that the Government stops any further investment in the development of nuclear energy and instead invests in the development of renewable or green energy which is safe and abundant in the country."
