    "content": "Hon. Speaker, let me join my fellow Kenyans in expressing my words of condolences to the family of hon. J.J. Kamotho. Hon. Kamotho did so much for this country. He came into Parliament when I was only three years old and I got an opportunity to see him when I was about 11 years old. He was a man who had no boundaries in terms of development. He was in my constituency when I was a little boy, trying his best to encourage the youth who were in school. At that time, he was the Minister for Higher Education. This was a man who did so much for this country. We will greatly miss a man who dedicated so much of his energy and life to this country. Let us forget about parties that we mentioned earlier. This is a man who had his country at heart. I hope all of us will have the same energy to work for this country. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
