Standing Order No.41 relating to Messages requires the Speaker to expeditiously report to the House any Messages received from the Senate. In this regard, hon. Members, I wish to report that on Tuesday, 9th December, 2014 in accordance with the provisions of Article 110 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, I received a message from the Senate regarding the passage of the following Bills:- 1. The Government Proceedings (Amendment Bill), Senate Bill No.10 of 2014; 2. The Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Bill; Senate Bill No.24 of 2014."
