    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me conclude by saying that this House owes the people of Kenya; it should stop doing reports and keeping them. If reports have been done and are approved, we expect the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission, together with the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to move with speed; especially on the Office of the President, and get the Accounting Officers who allowed this wasteful expenditure, to be prosecuted so that it serves as a lesson to others who may attempt to dip their fingers in public coffers."
