    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, issues of revenue collection and under-collection of Appropriations-in-Aid are really rampant in most Ministries. This was as a result of donor partners failing to submit the accounting records to the Ministries on time or even failure to submit them. We have made a recommendation in our Report that the Ministry of Finance should come up with an external policy that will come to cure this problem that we have been facing."
