    "content": "There is the issue of poor performance in the State Law Office where they are losing cases. I believe it is due to collusion between the lawyers in that department, litigants and the others in order for them to benefit. The idea that they are not defending the Government quite well in court occasioning the Government to be losing funds is something to worry about. This needs to be addressed and those non-performers should be retired from that department and even be surcharged for the funds which have been misappropriated."
