I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (1) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (b) is qualified to be a Judge of the Supreme Court. We are seeking that one of the requirements for a person to be elected as President or the Vice President of LSK should not be only a practising advocate of at least seven years, but must be a person who is qualified to be a Judge of the Supreme Court.
