The reasoning here is that you give the Law Society of Kenya the freedom to choose who to conduct their elections. In any event, the IEBC has a different mandate and can only be engaged on private basis by the Law Society of Kenya. We cannot cast it in law that the Law Society of Kenya has to engage the IEBC in the conduct of their elections. We need to give them freedom to choose who their arbiter would be in any event.
