    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to persuade the hon. Members present in this House to support this particular amendment. Please, remember this is a society; it is not the elections of a parastatal. We have a challenge when you say they must do single sourcing. If you restrict the body to conduct elections to the IEBC, then they say they want Kshs.1billion from the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), you are actually saying they cannot go elsewhere. They are using members’ money; not public money. I would want to persuade my colleagues to support this particular amendment."
