    "content": "THAT, Clause 31 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (2) by inserting the word ‘in’ immediately after the word ‘be’ appearing in paragraph (a). It is just pure grammatical error that was created maybe in drafting of the Bill. It should read as follows: “The notice requisition in a special general meeting under subsection 1(a) shall be in writing.” Instead of “be writing”, it should be “in writing.” Thank you."
