Looking at the other sectoral issues, the Committee presented a detailed sectoral report, which has been attached to this Budget Committee Report. The Budget Committee has noted that a number of the departmental committees are asking for more resources for their Ministries. However, given the strict Budget constraints, which require reduction of expenditures to sustainable levels, the Committee is of the view that only a few be considered, based on prioritization due to constraints on the resources envelop.
