Speaker, the Investment Promotion, Act Cap. 485 says, in my understanding, that if you are an investor, you come into the country with people from outside the country and they are given work permits, the day they leave your premises, and do not work for you anymore, you must report their departure to the immigration service, because they were given work permits on the basis of your application. If you say hon. Duale used to work for you five years ago, but you do not know his whereabouts and he is a foreigner then that is wrong."
