    "content": "This Bill, amongst many other things, talks of 90 days of detention against Article 49(1) which clearly says that there shall not be a person to be detained for more than 24 hours. This is the Constitution. This Bill says that you can be detained for 90 days. Indeed, I say again it will be a sad day for our country if this Bill passes. Public trial and fair hearing is taken away by this Bill, contrary to the provisions of Article 50(2)(b) and (c) which provides for fair open trial. Hon. Speaker, I am timing myself---"
