    "content": "Without any question, something is not right with our security system. We have a Government in place but it does not have the teeth to bite, which can only be provided by this House. We know very well that there are people who are claiming that it is not a question of lack of laws but I want to differ on that because sometimes the laws that we have are a big hindrance to the Government being able to fight properly this menace of terrorism."
