    "content": "As I finish, I would like to say that out constituents are watching us. We are the ones in this Parliament who can speak on their behalf. As I seat here, I have a border of Kitui South which neighbours Tana River County and my people have a lot of problems because guns are all over the place. I highly support this Bill and I encourage my colleagues to do so."
