    "content": "Hon. Speaker, also in the year, we have seen challenges in terms of security with people losing lives in Mpeketoni, Mandera, Baringo and in many other parts of this country. However, as we go home for the holidays to visit our constituents and our families, I would say that I am a happy Kenyan today because of the Security (Amendment Bill) that has just gone through the Second Reading. I am happy because it will go a long way in addressing the security challenges in this country."
