    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I also join my colleagues in wishing Kenyans and, particularly, the people of Baringo County who voted me to this hon. House a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2015. It is amazing that we are done with one year but I am proud that we were able to pass several Bills. I am particularly willing and ready to come back if we are recalled to deal with the Security (Amendments) Bill. I come from one of the counties that have a lot of security challenges. I want to call upon my people in Baringo to be security conscious. For the bandits that carry on with insecurity issues, their days are numbered.
