    "content": "In my view, this Motion is purely procedural. The only important thing is the amendment that has been proposed. We all know the reasons. This is an oversight by Parliament to take into account renovations in preparation for the Senate. That is the reason why the Budget of the National Assembly is increasing from Kshs2 billion to Kshs2.4 billion. Since there is quite a number of people who would like to be in the Senate, this is in order. We must prepare well for the new Senate."
