    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to give all due respect to my friend and former comrade in campus, who I know may want to be a Minister, but it is too late, he may not be a full Minister, but he has to be contended with being an Assistant Minister. I want to bring it to the knowledge of the Government that the Minister we are talking about has no respect even for the Budget Committee. This is a Minister who you will invite to appear before the Committee to discuss important provisions of the Budget Policy Statement and important provisions in the main Budget, but he will never appear. Instead, he goes to his village to address public rallies."
