    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we are setting precedent in this Parliament under the new Constitution. We need to have Special Sittings for special matters. If the Leader of Majority Party just writes a letter to the Speaker requesting for Special Sitting, tomorrow, he might have a wedding for a second wife and he might call us here for a special sitting. We will not allow this Parliament to be misused by the Leader of Majority Party by calling us here to do business that is not urgent or exceptional in any way.
