This Bill will become the law for Kenyans; it will not be for the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) or the Jubilee Coalition. We need to be sober. It is good to yell and many Members yell. I like the way you have ruled on the issue of the Mace. We need to have order. However, you promised us, and we expect you to give us time to be heard. We must be heard on this. It is important and I respect you for that."
