    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to tell you that the only emergency here--- I want to disagree with my colleague who attempted to say that there is no need for this to be a Special Sitting. Indeed, there is need because security is an issue. Even yesterday, people were killed. This is a House that needs to work with the Government to sort it out. When we look like adversaries, then it is the beginning of anarchy. I want to plead with you that for us to make a good law that will rule this country for the next 100 years, give some of us, who are paid to do legislation, time to look at it. You have the powers. We can come back here on Tuesday, 23rd December, 2014 and deal with the same issue."
