I do not see any reference whatsoever to the President. What the Motion says is to start the meeting at 9.00 a.m., so that they can deliberate on these Bills and that is what the Mover said. There is no speech of any kind that was mentioned here. Is he in order to every time impute improper motives on the Jubilee Coalition?"
