But I would urge the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to--- I feel compelled that I have to say this. Sometimes, we take serious issues very lightly; sometimes, we politicize everything. Last time, when we wanted to amend the Supplementary Budget so that the Minister could accept to give more money to the CDF, which he has been withholding--- We wanted to take money from the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS). Why give NSIS Kshs1 billion in a supplementary budget and you are starving our projects money? You are starving our schools. In my constituency, there are places where people walk for long distances to get water because they have no water. When you raise an issue like that, because it is Mbadi who has raised it, some people run out to say that it is an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) issue; ODM wants to punish Party of National Unity (PNU). Some people talk even tribal. Let us sometimes separate tribal issues. We were with Dr. Nuh and we agreed on these thing. We said that we felt, as a country, that the Minister is not taking us seriously. Hon."
