    "content": "Having said all that, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seek that the Members on this side of the House do not revenge on other issues on passing this Motion. I think it is important partly because we are also to blame, as a House, for prolonging Bills unnecessarily that should have been passed in good time. We are now paying the price such that we have to find more time to pass Bills that should have been passed in a very short period. We really have no alternative but to obey the Constitution and try to pass or refuse to pass the Bills in that recorded time. I plead with Members of the Opposition that this has nothing to do with party politics; but just the country; our country. We have to be patriots and do what is necessary. The Speech of the President on Thursday is also a constitutional issue; we do not have to go into that. If the day that has been set for that is Thursday, then so be it; we will go and listen to the Head of State. This is unless we have any other reason that may make us not go between now and Thursday; we could change our minds. But as it is, I beg to support this Motion."
