Members, and particularly the Members of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, the Report on the Public Finance Management (State Officers House Mortgage Scheme Fund) Regulations, 2015, is referred to the Committee on Delegated Legislation. It is important to announce to the Committee that in terms of Section 205(6) of the Public Finance Management Act, the Committee has 15 sitting days within which to make a report to the House, failing which those Regulations will be deemed to have been approved.
