    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to thank my good friend hon. Washington Jakoyo Midiwo for raising this matter. As a Committee we have discussed with a few Members. This country cannot condone issues to do with racism because our brothers and sisters died pursuing this course. These are people like Martin Luther King, Booker T. Washington. Malcom X, Nelson Mandela and the rest. We will take it as a Committee, visit that area and get in touch with the Minister so that appropriate action can be taken. Thank you."
