You can see that today the House is well attended, expressing itself to the sensitivity and importance of the Motion before the House. If everybody were to speak for 10 minutes this afternoon, we would take 3,500 minutes, which will break down to not less than six hours. This is a rare case indeed. As you have ably said in your ruling, it is one of its kind particularly in this House.
