The late Justice Kasanga Mulwa used to be a Member of Parliament for Kibwezi and also a retired Judge of the East African Community Court. Therefore, I do not know whether we will get communication on this sad matter this week or the next one. Will I be in order to suggest that we combine the two so that we can also pay tribute to the respected Member of Parliament as well as the Judge of the East African Court of Justice?"
