    "content": "Constituency, is built in Makueni/Masongaleni Settlement Scheme; (ii) THAT, the school has been in existence on the said parcel of land since 1996; (iii) THAT, the first KCPE examination was done in 2003 and the school was officially registered with the Government as a public school in 2009; (iv) THAT, in a letter dated 23rd November, 2012 to the school, one Phillip Mutiso Makau, through M/s Wambua, Kituku & Company Advocates, has claimed ownership of the piece of land on which the school stands; (v) THAT, the said Phillip Mutiso Makau holds a title deed to the said parcel of land, which was issued way after the land was set aside for public utility after the school"
