    "content": "(ix) THAT, in a letter dated 24th July, 2009, addressed to the Ministry of Education by the Ministry of Lands, Urban Development and Housing, the District Land Adjudication and Settlement Officer in Kibwezi acknowledged that the school was built on the disputed plot and stated that the plot was owned by one Ainsworth Matheka Kioko, an unknown person in the school; and, (x) THAT, issues in respect to which this Petition is made are not pending before any court of law or any constitutional or legal body. Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Lands, intervenes to establish the bona fide owner of the said land."
