    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 35. This is a procedure that is already provided for in the Criminal Procedure Code and Civil Procedure Code. When a matter is to be conducted in camera, it is for the court to determine, particularly when it deals with the children’s rights. The practice in courts is that a directive is given for the court room to be evacuated except for persons who are relevant to the case. So, we propose that this is not necessary because it is adequately provided for in other legislations. Also, the courts exercise discretion on it."
