"content": "Clause 35(3) states very clearly that nothing in this section shall limit any other power of the court to hear proceedings in private or exclude any person from the court. It recognises the fact that the court has powers to exclude people, whether in private or public. That power is already contained in the Civil Procedure Code and in the Criminal Procedure Code. Courts have already been given the power. They are not just exercising powers that do not exist in law. We do not need to reproduce those provisions here. Those are procedural issues regulated under Clause 46. So, if they are amended, it applies to all legislations."
