    "content": "I state that this clause should not be deleted since we are legislating on domestic violence. It is a special case that has been there. We have to consider some situations as special interest groups. In passing legislation, what we need to look at is whether there is any prejudice being caused by that particular provision or whether there is any conflict. I do not think the Chairperson has been able to tell us if there would be any conflict with any other laws if this clause is retained. Therefore, I do not agree that we delete it."
