    "content": "We seek the deletion of the four subclauses and retention of subclauses (1) (2) and (3). The reason is that when you make an application, it is inconceivable that the protected person cannot have been a party. If the application is being made, it is being made on behalf of that person. That person is already conscious that the application is being made on his or her behalf. So, there are no proceedings which are brought where the respondent or applicant is not a party so that you claim that your notice of appeal shall be given to the protected person who was not a party. That is not possible because all protected persons are in the first instance parties to any proceedings."
