    "content": "I would like to join my colleagues in congratulating the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, and indeed all Members of Parliament who have worked through this important piece of legislation, which is going to protect Kenyans. The enactment of such law is actually long overdue. We should be happy. I am happy to be a Member of the Eleventh Parliament, which has seen this process come to pass. I look forward to seeing its implementation."
